How restrictions will affect the way we treat your pet:

 

Level 2 (presently) /Level 3

• Normal consulting but video consults are available
• One healthy person per consult (sorry no children in consult)
• No house calls
• Contactless payment preferred (no cash at level 3)

Level 4

• Door locked.  No entry permitted by clients without appointment
• Video consultations only
• Pets retrieved from car by staff for examination or left at door attachment.  Consult to be held with client in car or home via phone or video link
• Payments made over the phone
• Items for pick up, such as food and medication, to be paid over the phone and picked up at the front of the clinic
